Accepting Bids Until 07/28/2023 @ 10:00 am

The Town of Crawford will be accepting bids for two projects in the Town. The deadline for submitting bids is Friday July 28th at 10 a.m.

  1. Sealcoating of the basketball courts and filling in all cracks with Sealmaster Latex asphalt sealer. In addition the courts will also be restriped the same as they are laid out now.
  2. Repaving of the Drive leading into the Sewer department. Resurface with 2 inch type 6F asphalt including base tack coat applied prior to paving and the leveling of any areas where it is needed. The area to be blacktopped consists of approximately 10,000 square feet.

    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Crawford invites sealed bids on the 2022 TOWN OF CRAWFORD PARK MOWING BID for the Town Parks located at 19 Red Mills Road, Pine Bush, New York 12566 and 612 Lybolt Road, Bullville, New York 10915.

    Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk until 11:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at which time all sealed bids will be opened.  Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY 845-744-2020.

  • Requesting Bids for Sealing Stamped Concrete Patio

    The Town of Crawford will be accepting bids for the sealing of a 28 foot by 50 foot stamped concrete patio located at the Town of Crawford Senior/Community Center. This shall  consist  of one coat of clear high gloss wet look acrylic sealer.   • Town of Crawford Seeking Walking Trail Bids for Sealcoating

    The Town of Crawford is accepting bids for the sealcoating of the Town of Crawford walking trail located off of Searsville Road and County Route 17 in the town. Clean and repair trail for application of Latex based asphalt emulsion sealer. Asphalt shall be covered at a 50/50 rate for double coverage. Coating shall be sprayed on application with Tuff Top additive and quick dry additive for faster drying time and enhanced strength. Any cracks are to be filled prior to sealing with hot rubberized crack filler. There is approx. 98,00 square foot including the parking area and entry road. Bids will be accepted up to and including May 22nd by the Town Clerks office. For further information please contact the Town at 845-744-2020.
