INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW

REZONING LAND IN BULLVILLE TO THE

BP (BUSINESS PARK) ZONING DISTRICT AND

ADDING RESTAURANTS AND HOTELS AS SPECIAL PERMIT USES IN THE

O-R (OFFICE-RESIDENCE) ZONING DISTRICT

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Crawford, New York, on October 26, 2023, a local law, titled “Rezoning Land In Bullville To The BP (Business Park) Zoning District And Adding Restaurants And Hotels As Special Permit Uses In The O-R (Office-Residence) Zoning District,” which local law would change the zoning district designation of the lots identified as Tax Map Nos. 26-8-1, 26-8-2, 26-9-1 and 26-9-2 from the O-R (Office-Residence) zoning district to the BP (Business Park) zoning district, and would add ‘hotels’ and ‘restaurants’ as special permit uses in the O-R (Office-Residence) zoning district.

A complete copy of the Introductory Local Law is available for inspection at the Clerk's Office.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, the Town Board of the Town of Crawford, New York, will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law on November 16, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. or soon thereafter, at the Town Hall, 121 Route 32, Pine Bush, New York, 12566 at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.

The Town of Crawford will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.

Flow Tests on Hydrants - 10-04-2023 9:00 am to Noon

Good afternoon. This is the Pine Bush Water and Sewer District.  We are doing flow tests on seven hydrants on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 9:00 am to noon which may affect your water.  This is required for fire protection.

  6. Railroad Ave North of Depot St

It is advised that you make sure your water runs clear before doing laundry or other projects to which discolored water could cause problems around this time.  Thank you for your patience while we continue to work on improvements to the water and sewer district.  Any questions, please call 744-2515.
