(requirement is 150 ft) from the center of the road, number of signs, size of wall sign, and reduction in the number of parking spaces at the property located 2380 State Route 52 designated as 2-1-29.21 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “BP” Zoning District, owned by Pax 10 LLC.
