NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing on the application by ABDD Southpaw/Dunkin for area variances for: a front-yard setback of 66.5 ft. (requirement is 150 ft) from the center of the road, number of signs, size of wall sign, and reduction in the number of parking spaces at the property located 2380 State Route 52 designated as 2-1-29.21 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “BP” Zoning District, owned by Pax 10 LLC. Said hearing will take place on June 4, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
