NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for a scenic review to add an additional 10 ft. to the rear of a previously approved 20 ft. x 20 ft. garage (will now be 30 ft. x 20 ft.) at the property located at 1274 Rte. 302, designated as 24-1-42 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the RA district, owned by Kenneth and Jean Dolan. Said hearing will take place on August 28, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
